Office Update: We are currently in the process of establishing a dedicated office space to further support our listening service (pending).

Our Services
We facilitate an Instant and pre-arranged, one-on-one, Telephone and live chats, designed to bring warmth into your day. While we do not offer clinical therapy, our trained team will gently guide you toward professional care networks if you ever require specialist help.
Every volunteer undergoes comprehensive training in empathetic listening and safeguarding to ensure you feel truly heard.
WE WORK WITH
OUR PARTNERS & SIGNPOSTING
We actively collaborate with a broad network of specialist support services to ensure that every individual who reaches out to us is guided toward the most appropriate, professional, and statutory care for their specific needs.
By working closely with these external support systems, we ensure that our volunteers can provide effective, safe signposting that complements our core listening and companionship service.
This collaborative approach is a fundamental component of our commitment to safeguarding and emotional wellbeing, as it ensures that our companionship serves as a bridge to further support rather than a replacement for clinical intervention.
Furthermore, we are diligently working to establish our own hub office space to serve for our volunteer-led listening operations, which will allow us to further expand our capacity and enhance the quality of the companionship we provide to the community.
